Please read the terms and conditions before purchasing a package from Altymade. The following Terms and Condition govern the Altymade website. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website.

Safe Sleep

By using Altymade services you agree to follow safe sleeping practices in line with AAP safe sleep guidelines and recommendations, which can be found on: https://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/138/5/e20162938

You agree that during our work together, it is your responsibility to ensure a safe sleep environment and understand that you are liable for your baby’s safety, not the consultant.

Medical Conditions

Before working together, you agree to check with your GP/Paediatrician if your baby has any medical conditions that prevent her/him to be sleep trained safely.

You agree to notify your consultant of any medical conditions your baby has and any medical concerns that arise during our work together.

Provision of information

For a consultant to provide the best service and sleep plan you agree to provide us with accurate and truthful information.

Purchasing a service from Altymade

By purchasing a service from Altymade you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You provide accurate identity and payment details

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

You agree to make a full payment before receiving a sleep plan.

Refunds

You agree that no refunds will be provided after you have received the sleep plan and it is your responsibility to follow the advice given in the sleep plan for you to achieve reasonable goals.

In the unlikely event that you are not achieving results, despite your visible effort (consistent detailed logs and implementing of the changes advised), the consultant can modify the sleep plan and offer an additional week of free support. If at that point you are still unhappy with Altymade’s service, you might qualify for a 50% refund.

Refusal to follow advice or use follow up support during our work does not constitute a refund.

If you have purchased Silver or Gold package and decided you will not require the support after you receive the sleep plan and before we start working together, the refund for the support period is applicable.

Reviews

Reviews and testimonials are permitted to post only by customers who have completed the work with Altymade consultant, and you agree to provide only truthful information. Multiple reviews posted from the same customer may be disqualified.

Sleep plans

By purchasing a sleep plan, you understand that the sleep plan is meant only for your baby and should not be shared with a third party. Any party found to be sharing sleep plans will be liable for the cost of the plan.

By working with Altymade you understand that baby’s sleep changes with time and the sleep plan will not be suitable for a baby of different age.

You understand that Altymade guarantees to improve your babies sleep situation while we work one-on-one with you, considering you implement the changes suggested by the sleep plan and your consultant.

Gentle sleep training involves in-room settling techniques with maximum support from parents and does not mean “no crying”, as it is a normal baby’s response towards change.
