Please find below the variety of packages that I offer. After you fill in the intake form, I can advise you what type of package would best suit your sleep situation.

 

Newborns (3 weeks – 12 weeks)

At this stage, we do not sleep train babies, but work on introducing healthy sleep habits, introduce a routine and lay the foundation for self-settling.

 

Newborn sleep plan: Bronze

  • Step 1: In-depth questionnaire to get to know you, your baby and your sleep situation

  • Step 2: Fully personalised sleep plan to introduce healthy sleep habits to your newborn and solutions for sleep problems that your little one is having. The plan will be delivered within 24-48 hours and include follow-up questions to fully understand your baby’s sleep situation.

  • Step 3: 45-minute phone call to go through the plan and answer any questions you may have.

  • Step 4: One follow-up email within 3 weeks after you receive the plan, where you are free to ask any questions, you have.

Newborn sleep plan: Silver

  • Step 1: In-depth questionnaire to get to know you, your baby and your sleep situation

  • Step 2: Fully personalised sleep plan to introduce healthy sleep habits to your newborn and solutions for sleep problems that your little one is having. The plan will be delivered within 24-48 hours and include follow-up questions to fully understand your baby’s sleep situation.

  • Step 3: 30-minute phone call to go through the plan and answer any questions you may have

  • Step 4: Alongside the sleep plan I will send you the log to fill in each day for the next 2 weeks. You can email the log to me on daily basis with any questions you have and I will respond within 24 hours.

  • Step 5: Additional 30-minute phone call to be booked at any time within the next 2 weeks.

  • Step 6: At the end of our work, I’ll provide information on how your baby’s sleep is going to change until your little one turns one.

  • Step 1: In-depth questionnaire to get to know you, your baby and your sleep situation

  • Step 2: Fully personalised sleep plan to introduce healthy sleep habits to your newborn and solutions for sleep problems that your little one is having. The plan will be delivered within 24-48 hours and include follow-up questions to fully understand your baby’s sleep situation.

  • Step 3: 30-minute phone call to go through the plan and answer any questions you may have

  • Step 4: Alongside the sleep plan I will send you the log to fill in each day for the next 2 weeks. You can email the log to me on daily basis with any questions you have and I will respond within 24 hours.

  • Step 5: Unlimited text support from Mon-Fri 8:30 am-8:30 pm and three 15-minute calls a week.

  • Step 6: At the end of our work I’ll provide information on how your baby’s sleep is going to change until your little one turns one.

  • 30–minute phone call to discuss any new sleep problems for my previous clients.

Additional support weeks

  • This is for moms who would like to take smaller steps, reach smaller goals each week and invest more time in their baby’s sleep. This is absolutely fine – whatever suits your parenting style and your emotional and physical ability at the moment of our work.
